Early Hallowe’en

Uncle Grant, Barbara and Grandpa dropped in at the Bowman boys house to deliver 4 Hallowe’en bags.  There was lots of action outdoors on a beautiful Fall day.  The boys were playing outside with their friend Ross.  Molly was getting a lot of exercise on her zip wire – she loves it!

 

 

Then the boys decided to show us their bike loop with jumps beside their house – very challenging!

They also raced around the Kids Trail:

 

They made a stop to open their Hallowe’en bags.

 

 

David showed off the hood of his Death Eater Hallowe’en costume.  Sam’s costume was delivered the next day.

 

 

The boys went inside to play an online Minecraft game while Papa and Maman prepared a BBQ dinner.

 

 

After dinner the boys showed Barbara, Grandpa and Grant their new school photos.  

 

David’s Double Digit Birthday 2022

David is 10!  He had three friends for a fun sleepover/party on Friday night.  They went home on Saturday morning.  Then another friend, Liam dropped in to work on a school class project on Values with Samuel. Of course, Liam enjoyed testing out David’s new hoverboard too.  David opened his gifts from Grant and Aunt Wanda.  He really liked playing a game of Mastermind which Grant had given him. Sam and Liam played a computer game together.  It was nice to see the boys enjoying themselves.

 

 

 

 

 

Thanksgiving Dinner 2022

Grandpa, Barbara and Grant stopped in to celebrate Thanksgiving with K&K and family on their way home from closing the cottage for the winter. Karine was happy that Molly enjoyed jumping up on her new zipline.  The boys found it interesting to examine the embroidered Christmas tree on a beautiful Christmas blanket Pamela’s mother had sent the boys.  They found 11 animals.  Everyone enjoyed the family dinner.
