Barbara gave David a push around in his stroller while Uncle Grant and Sam studied the best way to get a train moving around a track.
Grandpa and Kirk worked on the fire and on stacking wood for future moulding.
Boots wanted a walk, so the walkers headed out, David joining the group in his baby sling. As Sam wanted his wagon, Karine and David returned home for it.
After a feeding inside, David returned outside, this time for a swing. Soon it was Samuel's naptime, so we waved goodbye.
Later in the week, on Venturer night, Grandpa and Barbara came to visit again for another campfire. This time they brought 10 Ventuerers with them for a wiener roast and music. Samuel and David (in his baby sling) joined them for awhile, then went inside for painting and a bath. Karine lent the "musicians" her drums. It was a fun evening both inside and outside.

On a cold bright Sunday, We visited 47 chemin de la rivière. The first thing we noticed was that the new windows and doors had arrived and were stacked on the front deck. The next time we come there will be a different look.
Samuel and Uncle Grant played some hockey and checked out the sandbox. David came outside too but we only got a glimpse of the sleeping baby.
Soon we were off on our hike to the edge of the
, P16. Sam insisted in pulling
both his chariot (in case he got tired, which he didn't) and his wagon. He
pulled both of these along for a total walk of about 2 km. Gatineau
Grant entertained Sam with the "glace". He was very interested is seeing water underneath the ice. Then Boots and
would have a drink. Chester
We all enjoyed our hot chocolate and muffin break.
Our final activity was to help Karine move their barbeque for the winter. Sam carried the cover. Now it was his lunch time so we headed home, refreshed by our hike together.
