Sam and Kirk took the train to Toronto for a Blue Jays game, so David, Karine & Grant decided to go to Caverne Laflèche par Arbraska for some zip-lining excitement and to celebrate Grandpa's birthday.
Meanwhile, in Toronto, the boys enjoyed the ball game, visited the CN Tower, and went salmon fishing on a charter boat. What a catch!!

Grandpa, Barbara and Grant stopped in to see the boys on the way home from the lake. Both boys were playing the same game on their own laptops.

The Cardinals last game was against a very tough opponent
from Gatineau. The Cardinals had a strong start but the Raftsmen Gatineau gradually
pulled ahead – it was the team that would go on to win the championship.

In this final game Sam was a pitcher in the first two innings, a centre fielder in the third and fourth innings and a first baseman in the last two innings. Check out the photos and videos of him in action.
After the game, the coach congratulated the team on their improvements throughout the season.
