Today was a PD day for the boys. We asked them what they
would like to do and right away David said “visit a museum”. We considered all
the options and Grant suggested the boys would enjoy the Science and Technology
museum the best as there are many interactive activities for children.
After Papa drove the boys to the Mill for pick up at 7:45am,
we brought them to 9 Lambert. David enjoyed
showing us how to make a bunny out of a glove.
They played for a few minutes and then we made our lunches
and headed out to the museum at 9:30.
It certainly was no trouble entertaining us all for the whole
day. It was quite quiet at the museum as
the Ottawa kids were at school. The boys enjoyed the train, the Crazy Kitchen and the many interactive activities.
As well they appreciated the two scientific lectures featuring
liquid nitrogen and fire.
Their day at the museum ended with a fun craft where they designed
simple machines which could draw circles.

Back at 9 Lambert they climbed a tree and then it was time
to travel to Maman’s office for their trip home.
