Today, Kirk, Karine and the boys and Molly went shopping in Ottawa. They called Grandpa and said they would bring supper so everyone could have some time together. They arrived with a pork tenderloin which Grandpa barbequed with some hamburgers. Meanwhile the boys walked Molly around the block and then made birthday cards for Uncle Craig. They started a lively game of Scrabble.
Everyone enjoyed dinner together. Before they left, Barbara invited the boys to
choose one of Papa’s old t-shirts he wore when he was their age – she would
donate the others to charity.
