Grandpa, Barbara and Grant dropped in to see Samuel, the
birthday boy, after supper. He showed us his rainbow cake and his personal 7th birthday
bookmark from his teacher. He showed us an amazing airplane piñata Maman made
for his birthday party with friends on Saturday. Then the boys loved giving us
a demo of Sam`s new garbage truck.
Of course, he had fun opening his gifts from us and a new
shirt from Great Aunt Wanda. He enjoyed trying his magic wand and some of the magic
tricks that Grant gave him.
It was time for his special rainbow cake. Papa turned out
the lights to make the candles glow in the dark. David, of course, helped him
blow out his candles. Check the photos - in one you can see the space of Sam`s
missing bottom tooth - it`s the tooth that came out on Christmas Day..
Then the boys had 15 minutes of Paw Patrol and then it was
time for bed.
