Grandpa and Barbara braved a winter storm to drive to Chelsea
The children sat in a circle while Samuel introduced them to his grandparents.
Then they broke off to work on individual activities of
their choice. Grandpa and Barbara
pitched in to help with the play time.
Samuel worked on the carnivore/herbivore animal set and also the small
bead placement with tweezers, getting up to 14 placed on the pink base. Barbara helped some other children with their
tasks.
Each child, in turn, took time out to make a Christmas
centrepiece.
Before long, another set of grandparents arrived and it was
time for Sam to say goodbye.
