On a hot Sunday we were able to watch Sam’s Cardinals in
action for their final two baseball games. Sam was a strong player. His team
won the first game in Gatineau near Terrasses de la Chaudière on Saturday
afternoon.
The next game was in Aylmer, and they played until the sun
set. Grant and David played a board game on the sidelines with some
friends. The Cardinals did well but were
not able to win this one, so it was their last game of the season. Maman had made some cookies and David passed
them out to all the players at the of the game.
